Day 54

Tue 30 Aug

On our Drive to Greensboro, NC we stopped at a rest stop for lunch

Pretty nice Rest Stops!

Made it to North Carolina with the 5th wheel - Another sticker on our Map!

After going to the Replacements Outlet Store  in Greensboro and buying some dishes we went into town and found this sculpture showing importent events over the last 1000 Years. 

Of Course this was a really major event!

Then we went and saw the Woolworth store that was the birthplace of the civil rights movement.




Day 55
Wed 31 Aug

Drove To Banner Elk, NC and checked in at this RV Park

Drove to this attraction with Ken and Garnet

Candy got really close to the edge

And I climbed out to the tip of this rock!

And Candy was worried but took my picture.

Ken and I inspect the elevation marker at the point of the Rock!
